Classes focused on a slower and more gentle approach to yoga.  Perfect for those with injury, limited mobility, beginners, or those who wish to focus more on calming the nervous system by stretching and breathing without the intention of building a significant amount of strength in the physical body.  Taking the Intro to Yoga workshop (held monthly) is highly recommended for those new to yoga.

Think yoga, but suspended and sometimes inverted.  The aerial silk provides a fun and challenging way to deepen familiar yoga poses and stretches, while changing the way gravity affects the body in those poses.  It can feel supportive, frustrating, fun, and challenging. Be ready to play and don't take yourself too seriously!  Taking the Intro to Aerial workshop (held monthly), is highly recommended before coming to the weekly classes.

These classes will challenge you physically.  They are meant to build heat and strength in the physical body while connecting the breath with mindful movements.  Poses are linked together intelligently, each class with a specific theme in mind, ending with a short cool down and rest period (Savasana).  These classes are challenging and fun!  If you are new to this style of yoga, try the Vinyasa Level 1/2 class first!
